Five Year Product Warranty – LED Backlit & Clear Acrylic Displays
All metal parts are Guaranteed for a Lifetime and all LED & Clear Acrylic display panels are Warranted for Five-Years from date of purchase. Any defective (standard) parts will be promptly replaced within (10) Ten days of return. Custom part replacement within 14-21 days. This Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is subject to cancellation, if the product is not used for it’s designed purpose (Interior Display). Furthermore, this Warranty does not cover neglect, vandalism or “Acts of God”. LED Display Warning: Any seepage of water onto or into electronics is a potential fire hazard. Please make certain ceiling and / or window area is sealed/ secure from this type of occurrence. The warranty will be void & the LED Backlit Displays will need to be discarded, if this were to occur. A claim would need to be filed with your business insurance carrier for product reimbursement. In addition, make certain to keep this product away from small children.
Two Year Product Warranty – Digital Displays
All Showcase digital display screens are covered by a Two-Year Warranty. Most issues are resolved with our free technical support. If an issue cannot be resolved via our free technical support, Showcase will provide a free return label for re-set, repair or replacement of the digital display screen & return free of charge. The digital screen must be returned in the original shipping carton in order to prevent return transport damage. If we do not receive the return in the original carton & product is beyond repair, the warranty will be void. Allow 2-3 weeks for re-set, repair, return or new product replacement. This Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is subject to cancellation, if the product is not used for it’s designed purpose (Interior Window Facing Display). Furthermore, this Warranty does not cover negligence, vandalism or “Acts of God”. Warning: Any seepage of water onto or into electronics is a potential fire hazard. Please make certain that your ceiling and/or window area is properly sealed & secure in order to prevent this type of occurrence. If this were to occur, the warranty will be void and the Showcase digital window display screen will need to be discarded. A claim would need to be filed with your business insurance carrier for product reimbursement. Notice: Make certain to keep this product and all products that have electrical components away from small children, in order prevent any possibility of electric shock.

Packages ship via FedEx Ground Service to all destinations* Export orders, excluding Canada, are shipped free to Customer designated USA freight forwarder. The majority of orders ship 1-3 days. Express shipping is available at prevailing rates for those customers requiring expedited delivery. If display product does not meet your expectation when you receive it, you can return the product within (14) days of receipt for a full refund. Notice of intention to return must be made within (7) of product receipt. All return shipping charges will be paid by Showcase Art & Framing *(Shipping return label will be provided) The product must be in unused condition or a deduction will be made for any parts that are not resalable. The refund will be made by Showcase Art and Framing in the form of a Company check within (14) days of return receipt. * All return shipment charges from customers outside of USA are the responsibility of the Customer.
